Our Approach

A Capella/Qualité aims to be a stimulus in terms of communication and change management. In order to do this, our approach consists of several phases:

1/ Understanding the framework for action : really getting to know the specific attributes of the business, its culture, management etc.

2/ Understanding the issues at stake : knowing what is behind the desired activity and what motivates it (certification, continuous improvement, Kaizen techniques, change in behaviour etc).

3/ Defining the messages : what we want to say or explain, the messages we want to convey to the target audiences.

4/ Defining a plan of action : specifying the phases of action which we have identified and which will enable us to convey these messages. Proposing a timeline and budget.

5/ Creating the tools and carrying out the identified action : depending on the decisions that have been taken.

6/ Follow up : in order to evaluate the effectiveness of our work, and, if necessary, modify it.

Communication can be used in one or more of the following areas :

Demonstrating

Démontrer

The targets may need proof or examples. We need to show our clients that the approach involving them is effective, useful and beneficial for the business and thus the right one for them.

Awareness-raising

sensibiliser

We need to ensure that our collaborators and/or clients agree on the need for the approach, and on the key areas which explain why it is being implemented. Collaborators/clients need to be able to identify the importance of their role in making the action successful.

Motivating

Motiver

If collaborators / clients are convinced of the need for action and understand their role in its success, we will be able to motivate them by creating a dynamic which builds on recognising their worth as individuals and the value of the team.

Involving

Impliquer

The targets of the action plan thus become the people who can carry it out. They are truly involved in delivering the desired results.

These action plans respond to precise objectives, such as :

> Creating or re-launching a dynamic

> Recognising skills

> Changing behaviour or practice

> Accompanying change

> Etc.
